The PAYBACK program was born with the purpose of taking advantage of the existing bilingual talent, mainly in bilingual schools, so that in a voluntary, but structured way, the schools and their students are the ones who lead a training process in a second language for young people from official and private non-bilingual schools, through the use of the Duolingo for Schools platform, remotely and with the support of the participating schools together with the leadership of SENA and expert volunteer promoters of the program.

PAYBACK is a voluntary and free program, designed for students in the final grades who are looking for a work and educational opportunity, which allows them to improve their lifestyle, enter the world of work and project themselves professionally within the country and abroad. After completing his high school studies, thanks to the learning of a second language and his training as a bilingual contact center agent.
